The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 specify requirements to provide for an appropriate emergency response including immediate remedial action.
The primary aim of the BioLab Spill kit is to deal with spills of liquid biological and chemical samples of up to 1 litre in volume, that may be mixed with broken glass and/or GMO in the CL1 lab context.
