The protocols we have got working in the Biohackspace:
- DNA extraction using Chelex 100
- DNA extraction and precipitation with ethanol / isopropanol
- Make and run an agarose gel
- Growing Escherichia coli
- Growing Vibrio fischeri (our first attempt)
