Possibly interesting sites include a state of the art plastic bottle recycling facility in Dagenham, Crossness Engines House with the steam engines running, the Canary Wharf Crossrail station, an underground bunker in Neasden, Southwark Integrated Waste Management Facility and some world war relics on the edge of Biggin Hill airport. Too late to apply for the Beefeater Gin distilery tour, Tower 42 or Beckton Sludge Power Generator, maybe next year.
