Quill run out is approximately 0.010mm - should be <0.002mm.  Chuck runout is anything up to 10x this.  Your holes may be oval!
9 Aug 2013 - sjrapid and will took the arbour and chuck off, and tested the quill run out with a dial indicator.
 
Quill run out is approximately 0.2mm - should be <=0.002mm.  Chuck runout can be anything up to 10x this depending on selected speed.  Your holes may be oval!
 
We also tested with a new chuck and arbour (certified as 0.0012mm TIR).  Runout remains 0.25mm on the new chuck.  We didn't bother measuring TIR on the existing keyless chuck.
