* Get a locksmith to fit an electronic release on the back door.
* Get override keys cut for every trustee for the back door release.
* Get doorbot installed on the back door, running on an offline card DB. (Looking at Jasper, Mark and Charles here)
 
Infrastructure
* Get a lift engineer out to verify that the lift really is safe to use and place heavy loads in.
* Install ventilation downstairs, routed outside. (Charles?)

* Russ: take initial water & gas meter readings
* organise rubbish collection (get a skip?)
* Get an internet connection working - this may also require a phone line connecting, although I have a vague memory of Jasper saying the phone was already connected. Basic wifi follows on from this. (Jasper?)
